We want individuals that demonstrate community leadership who have robust and diverse networks, experience with teams and group decision-making, access to wealth and other resources, and the willingness to “give and get” funds. The personal qualities we desire are persuasive, strategic, visionary, proactive, reliable, responsible, promotional, supportive, follows-through and a sense of humor.
