Meet Sandra Gudat:
Each month Firefly Autism introduces you to another member of our distinguished and generous Board of Directors. In November, Sandra Gudat became the new President of the Board. This month we wanted to introduce her to you and share a little bit of her story.
Sandra is the President and CEO of Customer Communications Group and Publisher of customer.com
For 30+ years she has been helping executive level managers and Boards at organizations like Nordstrom, Macy’s and GM articulate and implement a common vision and roadmap for customer centricity. In 2012, her company was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Sandra is also the publisher and Editor-in-Chief of customer.com, a website dedicated to helping Fortune 2000 companies improve their customer centricity initiatives. Sandra’s son, Alec is on the spectrum. Alec is the most unique, interesting and flabbergasting person she knows. In February of 2016, Alec was one of the many reasons she joined the Board. Sandra says, “I am proud to serve on the Board of such an amazing, world-renowned organization like Firefly. FFA is leading the way in the treatment of kids and young adults on the spectrum. They have been a pioneer in collecting and using the student’s behavioral data to shape their therapies and change lives and I LOVE that, being a data-geek myself!”
Sandra’s core values stem from believing in the dignity and un-replicability of every human being and that is my driving force with everyone with whom I interact. It is why she has been highly successful in a consulting business which promotes customers and looks for ways to better their experience with a brand, and it is why she serves on the Board of Firefly Autism.
